Terms of Service

Welcome to Cosax ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website at https://cosax.id(the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Cosax provides professional Minecraft server setup services, including but not limited to:

  • Server configuration and optimization
  • Plugin installation and configuration
  • Custom development services
  • Technical support and maintenance

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Google OAuth Login

OAuth Authentication

Our Site uses Google OAuth for authentication:

  • By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access your Google account information
  • We collect: name, email address, and profile picture
  • This information is used solely for account creation and authentication
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings
  • We do not store your Google password

3.3 Account Termination

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 Order Placement

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment Structure

💰 Down Payment (DP) 50%

An initial payment of 50% of the total price is required before work begins.

✅ Final Payment 50%

Final payment is made after the work is completed and meets the agreed specifications.

Payment Process:

  1. Customer makes 50% down payment
  2. Our team begins work on the project
  3. Upon completion, customer performs inspection
  4. If satisfactory, customer makes final 50% payment
  5. Project is fully handed over to customer

4.3 Warranty & Refund Policy

Warranty

Service Warranty

Warranty is provided based on the complexity of the order and is determined at the sole discretion of the admin. If technical issues arise during the warranty period, the customer may contact the admin for evaluation.

Damage Caused by Client Actions

Cosax.id is not responsible for damages, system failures, or other issues arising from:

  • Client modifying server configuration after project completion
  • Client installing plugins, mods, or scripts without Cosax.id's knowledge
  • Client altering system files or databases without guidance from Cosax.id
  • Client granting server access to untrusted third parties

Feature / Plugin Add-ons Outside Package

Any request for additional features, plugins, mods, or changes outside the scope of the originally agreed package will incur additional charges. Fees are determined based on complexity and estimated work time. The customer will be informed before work begins.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not generally provided. Refunds may only be granted at the admin's discretion on a case-by-case basis, considering:

  • The project was not completed as agreed
  • Technical errors on Cosax.id's part that cannot be rectified
  • The service provided does not match what was agreed upon

Important Notes:

  • Warranty and refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the admin
  • Down payments cannot be refunded if the customer cancels the order unilaterally
  • Admin decisions regarding warranty and refunds are final
  • These terms take effect 7 days after the revision date (June 22, 2026)

4.4 Payment Methods

Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI)
  • E-Wallet (GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay)
  • QRIS
  • Payment Gateway (Midtrans)

All payments are processed securely. An invoice will be sent after payment is received.

5.1 Analytics Tools

We use third-party analytics services to understand usage and improve our services:

Google Analytics

Collects: page views, user behavior, device information, IP address (anonymized)

Purpose: Website analytics and improvement

Privacy Policy

Facebook Pixel

Collects: page views, conversion events, user actions

Purpose: Ad performance tracking and audience building

Collects: mouse movements, clicks, scroll behavior, screen recordings

5.2 Your Choices

You can control analytics tracking:

  • Enable "Do Not Track" in your browser settings

  • Opt-out of Google Analytics via their opt-out tool
  • Opt-out of Facebook Pixel via Facebook ad settings

IP Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cosax and protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

No Warranty

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Liability Limit

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosax from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
